Welcome to grandma's house! From the moment you step in you'll feel the love and memories of times gone by. Let's be honest, this home needs some updating. HELLO 70's wallpaper! 70's are making a comeback though so what's old is new. Right? Just kidding rip that glorious flowery paper down stat and paint those walls or give them a more modern wall paper. So now that we've addressed the elephant in the room, let's talk about what's so great about this home. While it may be a little outdated, it was however lovingly cared for. Also, while grandma loved her wallpaper, she was also super cool and went ahead and had that dreadful popcorn scraped from the ceiling because popcorn belongs at the movie theater, not on your ceiling! There was a permitted addition to the back of the home creating a large primary bedroom with a sliding door to the back yard. It also has two other good sized bedrooms and a flex room. The home does have a newer roof, newer HVAC and upgraded dual pane sliding windows. Thanks grandma! The backyard is a serene oasis perfect for sitting outside and listening to the birds chirp from all the bird houses out there. (Bird Houses are not ADU compliant and birds live rent free.)
